About Credit/Debit Card

All prices and transactions at gocontigo are processed in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The methods available for a specific order are shown securely at checkout.

Authorization and Security

Payment details are encrypted in transit and handled by Shopify and authorized payment providers. gocontigo does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Your issuer may place an authorization hold, request verification, approve, or decline the charge under its own rules.

Billing Information and Order Review

Please provide accurate billing and contact information. If a transaction is declined, review the details or contact the card issuer. We may review, hold, or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized or fraud screening identifies a material risk.

Taxes

Applicable sales and other transaction taxes are calculated and collected where required by law. We do not promise that every order or destination is tax-free.

Refunds to the Original Method

Following receipt, inspection, and approval of a return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. After issuance, banks and card providers usually post the credit within 5–10 business days. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed after approval.
